Easy & Healthy Air Fryer Recipes:

Lemon Parmesan Chicken thighs
4- 6 chicken thighs
3 teaspoons of Sazon or adobo
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of oregano
Juice of 1 large lemon
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
Cook on 390 F for 10 skin side down. Flip and cook for 13 minutes.

Carrots – cook for at 390°F for 13 minutes for firmer texture. For softer carrots cook for 16 minutes

Honey sriracha salmon
2 Salmon
2 Tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons of Sriracha
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
Marinate Salmon for 30 minutes then cook at 390°F for 7 minutes

Broccolini
Lemon
Parmesean
Red Chili flakes
Cook at 390 for 7- 10 minutes

Baked potato
Russet potato
Broccoli
Cheese
Butter
Sour cream
Cream cheese
Toasted chickpea
Salt & pepper to taste
Cook at 390° F for 60 minutes, if it’s a smaller potato cook for 35 minutes Remove potato and mix the inside with all the fillings then cook again for another 10-15 minutes.

Toasted Chickpeas
1 can of chickpeas
Olive oil
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Cook at 400°F for 15 minutes, make sure to shake it every 5 minutes.
